Billing Issue – Zones 1, 4, 5, and 8

We have been informed that some members did not receive a paper statement in the mail for their bill due August 1st.

To address this, no penalties will be applied to late payments this month.

Affected members can access bill information and make payment in the following ways:

  • Online at AquaWSC.com, where you can sign in or create an account to access billing information and/or make a payment.
  • By phone at 512-303-3943, option 5.
  • By paper statement. Copies of the original statement are being sent by mail for your convenience. Further, your August statement will reflect any past due amount (with no late penalties applied).
